Shade Monarchs frowns upon disrespect, ill manners, bullying, and cheating. All members are also obliged to observe kindness and respect. We aim to improve our ways and knowledge, and to use them in ways that would benefit the team greatly.

Shade Monarchs is a group of people that prides themselves with their knowledge of the game, and are believed to be one of the most knowledgeable teams in the forum. The team has influenced changes in other teams, and has been seen as the model for most other teams that has been made recently. Our team participates in a wide variety of activities and our growth has never stopped. Shade Monarchs, the team, is continuing to evolve and will not stop until we reach the pinnacle of our goals; reaching a stage where everything inside the team is autonomous and ever-growing.

We are a group of people seeking to further improve our overall forum experience as well as our knowledge and skill for the game. We aim to collect fellow players, both casual and hardcore, who are able to uphold our standards. We are looking for like-minded people who believe and are loyal to our name and our goals. We extend our hands to those who are in need of help, and are looking for people who can do the same things without forgetting kindness, humility and respect. • No Potions
• Players will talk about their first Miscrits and come to an agreement.
• No Elemental Advantage on the First Turn.
• Observe manners, courtesy, and respect.
• Both sides will observe sportsmanship. A win is a win, a loss is a loss.
• Before asking for a rematch, the challenging team must wait for 1 month prior to their last inter-team match with TSM.

Mikey, I like ya, I really do, you've been a really helpful guy on the forums. So here's some advice:

There really is no "guaranteed" way to help people get rep. Only the mods can give out rep, and we only do so when something really impresses us. Most of us are also a bit leary of "helpful spam", i.e. people posting "helpful" advice and "guides" nonstop in a transparent attempt to get positive rep.

The last time a team (whether it was their official intention or not) made a concerted effort to "fix" people's rep, it led to the rep system being removed, which then led to the current system in which only moderators can give out rep.

EVERYONE who has a red bar has it for a reason. Having a team full of people who have done something in the past to gain negative reputation is a potential headache in the making.

I hope that your plan for helping people get their rep out of the red is a legitimate attempt at, say, coaching people on how to be productive members of the forums, and if it is, I hope that you succeed. I really do. I just want to tell you, be careful about who you have on your team, and how they represent that team. Even on Team Carpenter, where we endeavor to take on only the "best of the best", we've had our share of member issues.

@Joe - Yes, It's completely legit. I didn't mean to phrase in a way that would seem underhanded. Let me change it to remove further misunderstandings. Thanks for the good advice! It's a bit ambitious of me but I'll work hard on this one.

@Henrique - Haha. As much as I'd like to, that "system" continuously changes/improves in the entire team. It wouldn't matter if it was someone I knew or someone I don't. Allow me to explain the Team Sections System even further once I get the chance to. It's basically a special feature inside the team and it differs from the General Membership.

Just to answer you question, I'm not saying that "first ones are the best ones", it's actually more like "first ones are the first ones." You'll get what I mean soon enough. I'm actually really excited to post it.
