I can't accept any miscrits teammate

I send request to a friend and he accepted but neither of us can see the name on the teammate management area and when i click edit teammate they says request pending. Admin please help to fix this as I want to duel with him

this happens to me sometimes to, I think it is cos he accepted but you have too much teammates, try deleting some team mates
