Actually now that you've posted it there aren't many good lightning crits the only good one I'm thinking of are the two Holiday Exclusives.

I think Papa and ekidna are best lightning crits but from those i would say Darigato or Dfelis

Papa and Ekidna is the best lightning, but...for the best dark lightning, i choose Dark Felis..
