Hear ye! Hear ye! The time has finally come for the new Miscrit design contest!!!

It's been a looooong time since we have done one of these, so here's how it works... We are looking for a design, art, names, and descriptions for all 4 evos of a Miscrit that YOU create! Here is an example of one of our previous contest winners and what his entry looked like: Liquifien. Some of you may also remember our old forum-expert, Griffon, who created this awesome guide for anyone interested in creating their own Miscrits.

Please READ THE FOLLOWING before starting on any designs:

-The Miscrit you design will go into a zone that you will have access to explore after you defeat Apollo Nox, so keep that in mind.
-Requirement: It must have the element of Fire! ...It can be just Fire, or it can be Fire/Earth, Fire/Lightning, or Fire/Wind. No other elements or combinations will be accepted.
-The winner of this contest will receive the very first copy of the Miscrit that they designed, as well as a "mystery prize" to be determined at a later date.
-Only ONE entry per person is permitted.

The deadline to submit entries for this contest is one week from today (Friday, July 20th, 2012)!

Starting the week after that, we will narrow the selections down to our 'top eight' picks, and put them up for your vote in the form of a forum poll, eliminating some designs with each round, until we have arrived at a single winner!

THE RULING ON TEAMS:

Just like last time, we will be allowing teams, with a maximum team size of TWO. The work can be split up however you like: one writer/one artist, each draws two evos, etc. Both players will need to submit, and their submissions will need to be identical, to be sure that both players have agreed and collaborated over all details of the submission. If they can't come to a resolution about their submission it will be disqualified. Zero tolerance on this stuff.

ALSO, please note that contest entry is limited to ONE submission per person. So if you have submitted as part of a team, you cannot also submit one individually. Nor can you submit two different entries as a member of two teams, etc etc.


HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR DESIGN FOR THE CONTEST:

First, read the complete Contest Submission Guide in the Submission Forum. Then create a new thread in that same forum, using the following title format:


"Contest Submission : [name of first evo]"


Again, please refer to Liquifien's submission from the last contest for an example.
