Yes, but another way to get him is to get him in item chests, if you have any friends. I've gotten about 5 that way.

i dont remember it being in the Cave i thought he was only available to those that downloaded the game bar

It used to be like that, he's in the CoM and item chests now, probably because of all the complaints about not being able to get him.

yes but i got 10 from chests if u are lucky u can get very easily
