Although , Cyclone is actually a wind Miscrit , but It was looking like a water miscrit ...
You know how hard is coloring a wind miscrit and Water type colors suited it well ...
As the name is " Cyclone " , it can be changed to " Whirlpool " ...

Sorry, some guys get theirs before you. And more bad news to come. My computer suddenly crashed and cannot be restored. I'm now on my dad's comp on which i'm not able to scan. I will sketch himout of course but you will see him later when i have my new computer
