Just download GIMP, scan your drawing, import your drawing to GIMP, make a new layer for outline, and a new layer for color. then go to your outline layer and redraw your sketch. after you are finished, go to your color layer. put your color layer under the outline layer so you can always see through yout outline. simple, but effective. when you're done, just disable/delete your sketch layer.
